So a diet book shows you HOW to diet, but that's not all. It will also show healthy recipes, so this is not concrete. A biography doesn't show you how to do anything. Cookbooks show you how to make food, but it also gives lots of recipes. SO self-help book is all about helping YOU! So which one do you think is right?
