You can click on a users name and go to their profile and in the URL space, it will have a user's name at the end, and just replace their name with the user you want to look up. Or you can tag them in a closed question(:

jaynator's extension has a specific uesr search with auto fillin (for when you can't remember the weird numbers that come after someone's username)
