OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Find each probability and multiply them.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

First, answer these questions: Urn 1 How many red balls? Total number of balls? Urn 2 How many red balls? Total number of balls?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, so for Urn 1 it is 12/20 and Urn 2 is 8/13. 12 x 20 = 240 and 20 x 13 = 260. So so far I have 240/260. That can be simplified to 12/13

...But that's not an answer...

Make sure you multiply the fractions correctly. |dw:1460564242554:dw|
