use the midpoint formula: \((\dfrac{x_1+x_2}{2},\dfrac{y_1+y_2}{2})\)
so for x we have -2 and 3 for y we have 4 and 7 \(\dfrac{-2+3}{2}=?\) \(\dfrac{4+7}{2}=?\)
-2+3= 1/2 = 0.5 4+7=11/2= 5.5
