`2.` This looks like the graph of an exponential function, don't you think? The functions is translated up. So, suppose that the line y=3 is actually the x-axis. Once you obtain your fomula \(a^x\), all you have to do to obtain the correct function is to add +3: \[ a^x + 3.\] You have to find the value of \(a\). The graph tells you what is \(a\).
