OpenStudy (darryqx):

Really confused on what the answer to this question might be: Patronage still exists in new "personalized" machines through big city mayoral offices in all of the following forms EXCEPT...

OpenStudy (darryqx):

My answer choices are: a. appointment to quasi-governmental bureaucracies b. direct trade-offs for votes c. granting constructing contracts to campaign contributors d. printing and office supplies

OpenStudy (darryqx):

I know it is either A or B. My text book only vaguely speaks about direct trade-offs for votes, and although it speaks about appointment, it does not speak exactly about appointment to quasi-governmental bureaucracies. So, I am leaning more towards B.

OpenStudy (darryqx):

I seemed to be A because B was not correct and as I might have mentioned before, C and D are not correct either.
