For elimination, you want to get the X's of both equations the same number.

for example\[4x+2y=-4; 2(2x-y=6)\] i multiplied the 2 because you want your X's to be the same number.

For question 3, you can use elimination, by multiplying the second equation by 2. Multiply every term by 2.
