The number increasing with negative sign becomes much more smaller example -1 is bigger then -10 because -10 is a smaller value then -1 similarly the number is line is extending from -12 to -5 which means h>-12 the more bigger number with negative the smaller its value becomes :) Answer is D.
But what is h?
