I see. This looks like a writing assignment. 
The Lahore Resolution was a document produced at a meeting of the All India Muslim League in 1940. It called for creation of independent states in India. They area was under British rule at the time.
This is an example of the nationalism and desire for independence happening world wide at this time. WWII kept those movements in check. After the war, independent countries all over the world began appearing.
