Please help me!!! Find functions f and g so that h(x) = (f ∘ g)(x). h(x) = (6x - 14)^8

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

There is a number of possibilities for f and g. Do you have any restraints ? Or are you just supposed to give one of the possibilities.

OpenStudy (nthenic_oftime):

i am sorry @math&ing001 my power went out..... which means im goign to have to redo this test but atleast i didnt hav ethis one finished anyway. no constraints the whole problem is there

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

Well one way to do it is to have f(x)=x^8 and g(x)=6x-14 But like I said you could find other ways..

OpenStudy (nthenic_oftime):

so that would be my whole answer wouldnt it...

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

yeah pretty much
