ok im going to give you some sentences and just write it similar but differently :)

1. It is an ecological issue because it discharges nitrogen and algae-laden water into the Charlotte Harbor.

2. It relates to conservation because it can kill the fish because of the low-oxygen levels produced by the growth of algae. 

3. Its a problem in my area because it can reduce the amount of food people get daily from fish.

4. The local government should bring more awareness to the local urban, industrial, and agricultural sources.

5. Citizens should follow the instructions from the local government, once they find the best way to improve this matter.
