Like. Speeding fines doubled when in an area where Firefighters and Police are present

Actually, that is an issue that is all too common, and yet rarely adressed. I've done shifts with the FD and have almost been hit by speeders just getting out of the truck.

You could loosely base it off of Florida's "Speeding fines doubled when construction workers present" laws

Basically if a LEO sees someone speeding in the area where there is an emergency scene or a fire truck on the road, the fine that they would usually get is doubled.
