The Answer to this question (to my knowledge) would be the LAST one because it has to be a binomial and the 1st and 3rd one don't factor.

To be a difference of two squares, you have to be able to first write it in \[\large a^2 - b^2 \]form. Eg. \[\large 25x^2 - 144\] can be written as \[\large (5x)^2 - 12^2\]
