A serving of cereal A contains 7 times the amount of fiber as a serving of cereal B. If you eat a serving of each cereal you will consume 16 g of dietary fiber. find the amount of dietary fiber in each cereal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let's say that the cereal A is X and the cereal b is y and it says that A has 7 times of fibers as b has then you can say X=7y And because it says that if you eat both you'll get 16 which means X+Y=16 You have now two equations you can use to find the answer .. Hope it was helpful.
