A single acting reciprocating compressor runs at 420rev/min and takes in air at 1 bar and at 20°C and compresses it in 3 stages to 60 bar, which returns the air to 20°C. The free air delivery is available from the data table. Each stage has one piston with a stroke of 100mm. Calculate the following: ideal pressure between each stage; ideal indicated power at each stage; heat rejected fro each cylinder; heat rejected from each intercooler; isothermal efficiency; swept volume at each stage; bore of each cylinder. Ignore leakage and clearance volume. compression is 1.3
