how do you know if you've been blocked by someone

Well try to message them and open study tell's you that a person blocked you

I never had that before but if open study won't let you message that person they blocked you or they have to fan you or you have to fan them something like that

When you try to fan the user, it will not allow you to because you have been blocked.

Or, when you reply to their message, it will not allow you to reply back because you are blocked.

his username might have a capitalized "i" somewhere in his username instead of small "L"

capital i and small l look same
^i tried all possible cases and non seem to be his username tho

other possibility is- the user might be some old troll user and his username might be having some unicode character
^there are many many combinations of usernames if this is the case

:\ another thing to notice is -many other usernames which are inactive from a long time are not deleted still exist! so some accounts have been deleted and some are not?
