Its far more rebellious sounding then IDK.
IDK sounds passive, cowardly, and.....girly to be honest.
Like.... "I don't know......don't ask me questions.....I don't know....I'm a volley girl! "

IDC sounds like you've made the decision to NOT care, and you have FAR better things to do BESIDES caring.
