Currently, the user who is on satellite's account is not satellite. The actual satellite has lost access to his account and someone else decided to take over.

Due to a new security feature we installed recently, many users who had entered their DOB such that it made them <13 years of age got their accounts deleted. Satellite will be reinstated soon though.

@MeganXOXO It wasn't really a glitch. It's the new thing open study is doing of deleting accounts that had the Dob that is under 13, or deleting accounts that didn't give their age. I guess..
