Sorry was thinking. What do u think? When the moon is align with the Earth and sun on the same axis, the tides are the highest from the gravitational pull from the moon and sun. The low tides are perpendicular to the moon and earth. http://home.hiwaay.net/~krcool/Astro/moon/moontides/
