What property does element X (Argon, 18 protons, group 18 row 3) have based on its location in the periodic table? A. highly reactive gas B. mammade radioactive substance C. non-reactive nonmetal D. metallic solid I'm leaning towards it being C, since all of the electron shells are filled in but i'm unsure. Can anyone confirm?
