Hello Phi,
Can anyone help ??

My name is Rhonda (as seen on username) and I'm having an issue. I can not seem to "post" any questions. The only option I have is to "ask a qualified helper" and I don't really want to spend any money. How can I resolve this problem? Are other people experiencing this problem? Sorry for taking your time.

I guess try the usual things: restart the browser or try a different browser.
Reboot the system.

OS has been having problems lately. I looked into it and I see some kind of 'bug' in the system. Lots of people are having to create new accounts and stuff like that. Only OS and QCE can fix the problem. I am a QCE and I can try to fix it, but that would take at least 2wk's.... And another solution would be to create a new account:)
