Happy Earth Day! Help the planet in some such way to make it a greener one!
Six ways to help the Mother Nature:
1. Plant a Tree, bush or flowers.
2. Take some time outside to breathe in some of Mother Nature.
3. Pick up trash even if it's not yours.
4. Give your plants some love by brushing their petals etc. Even talk to them if you're having a hard day! They listen, just like your dog or animal.
5. Do an outside activity with friends.
6. Take your bike or walk to run errands instead of the car (If you can drive).

I hope this Earth Day will be one to remember! :D

@ethane for your information.....I spend 1 hour a day working out....after training 3 horses.......my day starts at 5 am with the feeding of over 10 horses. A 100-acre fence check and oh yea today I delivered two calves. So don't you dare tell me I am not hardcore

lol i wasnt saying that. And btw im a personal trainer, and im a wrestler, i do mma, and i lift 2-2 1/2 hours a day. I was saying that muscle power sounds too much like it came easy, like we were superman and just woke up big. I was elaborating that it takes years to be able to compete. I wasn't tryna offend you.
