Tell means I'm informing you of something.
Till is a abbreviation, some people consider it slang, for until. 
The pronunciation is completely different as well. I guarantee you the moment this song goes into recording (it should when I read it it sounded amazing in my head) and you say tell your fans will go like did that person just use the wrong word. 
Believe me when I say that. That's coming from someone who makes his spending money from playing music professionally. I've seen people freak out because people correct the words in their songs.
