They support his claim because we defeated and fought over the thought of hitler's germany why couldn't why try t bring peace to the black/colored community.

Nice work! You are so right! Both of these paragraphs (5 and 6) work together to show the clergymen to fight for what is right, not what is legal! He is trying to prove and ask them the question, "what makes something legal?"
He even gives the example of Hitler. What Hitler did WAS considered legal!! But does it make it right? King clearly had his ducks in a row and knew what he planned to say, to make them understand the hatred of racial profiling! Great thinking! For a top score, be sure to proofread for spelling and grammar!
