i have a quick question about open study my friend is trying to make an account but at the username part said you must fill the captcha what dose that mean

its just to make sure you are a real person and not a robot e.e click the check mark then it will give you pictures, click the ones it is asking for

example:
click all that have street signs, you will click all the photos that you see a street sign in it.
