The area of a square is (4x^2 − 12x + 9) square units. Determine the length of each side of the square by factoring the area expression completely. Show your work.

I'd bet that 4x^2 − 12x + 9 is a perfect square. Can you factor it? If you can, then one of those two factors represents the length of one side of the square in question.
