OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

How can you prove a triangle is a right triangle? Select one: a. Use the distance formula to see if at least two sides are congruent. b. Use the slope formula to see if any sides are perpendicular. c. Use the distance formula to see if all three sides are congruent. d. Use the slope formula to see if any sides are parallel.

OpenStudy (across):

e. Show that the dot product of a pair of sides is orthogonal. On a more serious note, which one do you think is the answer?

likeabossssssss (likeabossssssss):

what do u think it is

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

I think it's B

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

And @across what do you mean by e? lol

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

There isn't an E option

OpenStudy (arthur_ser):

If a triangle has two of its sides perpendicular to each other what type of triangle it is?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you are correct @simplymarie_x if you can show the two sides are perpendicular, then it's a right triangle perpendicular = 90 degrees

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

Thank you :-)
