OpenStudy (leonardo0430):

i believe @PRAETORIAN.10 would know your answer

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

is this for school? could be malnutrition, stress, or pregnancy

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

what if they lost weight?

OpenStudy (matthewwolfshield):

that sounds like the person would be pregnant ?

OpenStudy (ashash146):

Is this a question for school? I can help you answer these questions personally in your messages if you would like.:) I experience irregular periods and can probably help you with your question due to being in the hospital so much.

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

what are the causes of having that late periods?

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

Can she have missed period at this very first time?

OpenStudy (habbababba1):

@Kainui

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

well i lost 6 pounds in one month without exercise and not eating well.

563blackghost (563blackghost):

It depends if you barely started for your first 5 years it might be irregular but will then be stable as you mature.

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

i got my first period when i was 11 and im 16 now

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

And about 60 days late

563blackghost (563blackghost):

It should have been stabled by now. Well @Vocaloid listed the options as to why.

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

this year i became irregular. January, had my period after 35 days and february had my period after 45 days

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Seems to be increasing by 15 days each time. Im sorry but I would not know as to why such long extense gaps between.

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

ahh pellet. Thankyouu.

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

you mentioned exercise and undereating that's probably it (you should see a doctor if it becomes a serious issue)

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

@Vocaloid of being late?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

yeah, possibly

OpenStudy (kimbrown415):

Proper diet plays a role in menstrual cycles. Also birth control can make a person not have a period. Stress can play a role. All around lifestyle can be an impact. But if the person is active they should see a doctor 50 days late is excessive and could be a warning sign of something bigger going on.

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

it's 60 days late now. im getting nervous as ever. how many days more if my period have missed?

OpenStudy (habbababba1):

go to the gynocologist and get it checked out

563blackghost (563blackghost):

try visiting your pediatrician (family doctor).

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

Can i go to the gynecologist even tho i am 16? @habbababba1 @563blackghost

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Well once you have started your menstrual cycle then you would have your first visit with your gynecologists so you can go even though you are 16

OpenStudy (habbababba1):

yeah u can go when ur like 12 haha

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

i peed a small amount in a stick. but results didnt come out. After 8 hours, i peed again in the same stick. was that accurate still?

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

@habbababba1

OpenStudy (krisssssssssssss):

You should probably schedule an exam with your regular doctor because she can track your hormone levels for you in a fasting lab and she could see if they are any abnormalities in your levels. Also she could check your diet habits to see if they may be contributing to your reoccurring lack of mensuration. If that doesn't help then you should visit the gynecologist to see if it might be due to another possibly heredity issue. Also, how has this lack of cycle been occurring? Keep in mind that your weight, over excessive exercise, any possible kidney failure, lack a hormones, stress levels, thyroid abnormalities, and possible Poly-cystic Ovary Symptom (which causes you to have a decrease in menstrual cycles) may contribute to your lack of a period..

OpenStudy (helpmeee123):

@krisssssssssssss i lost weight. I really did. I think i lost 5 pounds without exercising. my diet is poor. i always have 6 hours of sleep since this last week of march. I only had 1 night of 8 hours sleep.
