I need two examples of suspense or humor created by point of view in The Tell-Tale Heart
I last read this short story in 8th grade but let me see if I can remember some key points Suspense - When the narrator creeps upon the old man and waits for the right moment to kill him. More Suspense - When the police officers arrive at his home as he slowly breaks down, goes insane, and rips up the floorboards to uncover the dead body Humor - I am not that sure of this one. But a possible aspect of humor is how he only hates an old man that has taken care for him for years because of his eye being blue. Maybe you would have to read the story once more to find truly humorous sections, but that is the only one I can think of. If you have not actually read the story yet here is a great summary of it, this dude has helped me through many literature exams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0k1JsoOkOU0
uh.. be aware of the amount of censored profanity however... he usually does not use that much profanity
