@F_Jayyy Here is the scriptural proof of Trinity

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

1 Corinthians 11:3: Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is YHWH [Jehovah or Yahweh] - Is a man and woman literally the same person? No, well neither is Christ and God, for how could God be head over his own self. Rather God is head over all his creatures including the Celestial Christ.

OpenStudy (jumperman):

The Father is The Son: Matthew 1:22 says, "All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 'The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel- which means God with us." Matthew 22:41-46 says, "While the Pharisees were gathered together, Yeshua asked them, 'What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is He?' 'The son of David,' they replied. He said to them, 'How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit calls Him 'Lord'? For he says,' "The Lord said to my Lord: 'Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.'" 'If then David calls Him Lordm how can He be his son?' No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask Him any more questions." John 1:1-2, says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning." John 1:14 says, The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:18 says, "No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made Him known." John 6:45-46 says, "It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from Him comes to me. No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God: only He has seen the Father." John 10:30 says, "I and the Father are one." 1 Timothy 6:13-16 says, "In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, which God will bring about in His own time - God, the blessed and only ruler, the King of Kings and the Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To Him be honor and might forever. Amen." Revelation 19:11-16 says, "I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice He judges and makes war. His eyes are like a blazing fire, and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on Him that no one knows but He Himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following Him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Out of His mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. 'He will rule them with an iron scepter.' He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On His robe and on His thigh He has this name written: King of Kings and Lord of Lords." Hebrews 1:8 says, "About the Son He says, 'Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom." The Bible has scriptural proof that Yeshua was and is God. The Father is the Holy Spirit: Acts 5:3-4 says, "Then Peter said, 'Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? Didn't it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn't the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied to men, but to God. 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 says, "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. The Son is the Holy Spirit: A good scripture to keep in mind for this section is John 3:6 which says, "Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit." Matthew 1:18 says, "This is how the birth of Yeshua the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit." Luke 1:35 says, "The angel answered, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God." This is all scriptural proof that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

the father the son and they holy ghost are all just titles of one thing

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

and as it clearly states in this scripture.......

OpenStudy (jumperman):

The doctrine of the Trinity is that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are three and one. Read my post. It's all there

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

here is the defintion... the Christian Godhead as one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

OpenStudy (jumperman):

Yeah. What I just said. Three in One. That's the point of Trinity.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

it say one god THREE PERSONS.... that is the doctrine of the trinity.... that doctrine is false...what is correct is three persons one god

OpenStudy (jumperman):

Three lines connected make up one triangle correct?

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

exactly....what u are saying is correct in terms of proving the trinity wrong...i belive that all three make up one big god..

OpenStudy (jumperman):

The point of Trinity is that One is made up of three. They are the same, but three separately. It's not proving it wrong. It's proving it right.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

here is what i believe...three persons(father son and the holy ghost) make up one god....the trinity is trying to prove the opposite that one god equals three persons

OpenStudy (jumperman):

No. That is not what Trinity teaches. Trinity teaches that three make up one and the one is composed of the three.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

all they it is is titles....take for example my dad...he is a father, son, buisness owner, and a coffee roaster...just because he is a dad does not mean he cannot be a son...same goes for God,,,he is a son, father and the holy ghost all in one...he is not three differently distinct people in one big god..he is one with multiple different titles

OpenStudy (jumperman):

That's the same thing dude. You're just proving Trinity correct. Three titles for one person. Three separate people who make up one, who are the same but also separate

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

no no no no lol....my dad is a dad, son, and a husband....that does not make him three different people...god is the father, son, and the holy ghost...that does not make him three different things

OpenStudy (jumperman):

Then why is it that the Son redeems and the Holy Spirit seals us according to Ephesians 1?

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

like i said...he can play different roles does not make him three different things...

OpenStudy (jumperman):

I'm sorry you're confused. I'll let you think your doctrine. I'll continue to believe in mine.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

you can build a house as a construction worker then sell it as a real estate agent then furnish it as a home decorator but still remain the same person...thats the simplest way to put it

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

I am God and there is no other beside me....

OpenStudy (jumperman):

Sorry

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

kk gn

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

@F_Jayyy John 5:23 says: that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him. If you do not accept God's son (Jesus) then you also dont accept God. The Trinity is true just like @Jumperman
