imqwerty (imqwerty):

just do what your teacher says

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-Listen ahead in class. Take notes on what the teacher/professor is saying. -Don't study for long hours. Study for maybe half an hour, take a break, than do it again -My trick is to read over what the passage is and write a summary (if you want an A)

RhondaSommer (rhondasommer):

-Do different techniques for different things. for example I wouldnt study for a test on a book by reading the book again. I would find all the enotes I could and study that maybe once or twice. However, if i am Studying for a vocab quiz, go over the words for about a minute, take a 2 minute break and do it again. same with math. do a hard equation, then go do some dishes, and a short one, and then some trash. (gets your chores and studying done) Go with what works for you if you have a choice. If not, then do what your teacher wants and THEN what works for you. Everyone is different.

OpenStudy (baru):

i was considering opening a similar post :P one of the things that helps me is making flowcharts of things I've learnt. it helps me understand how each concept is connected to the others, and also aids in remembering.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

My number one study strategy: Be in a good mood. If you look forward to learning, you will remember and understand more. My number zero study strategy: Study. My number three study strategy: Use OpenStudy. Bet you're wondering what my number two strategy is. ;)
