It is actually just under photos. I right click the picture, click edit, and it brings me there. I don't think there's a name for it really.

It is already on windows 10. It comes with it. It isn't really editing, it is just filters and stuff. If you want to actually edit something, check out this free editing program. (You can also get it as an add-on to google)

Yah, that's where I edited it at. I like to think of it as editing WITH cool filters and stuff. I especially like the retouch button where you can take out random things that you don't want in the picture.

I would love to try pixlr, but I'm not allowed to sign up for stuff that isn't school related, so I stick with the Windows 10 app. ;)
