No its a powerpoint and i have to answer the questions but i cant find the answer anywhere ! 😒
Trench warfare was a staple aspect of World War I and was one of the most controversial subjects in the entire war as the trenches were usually crowded and leaving them would likely end in death. Soldiers would slowly move up trenches in order to get a secure firing position and would stay in the same spots for hours as leaving the trenches would inevitably end in their death. Both sides practiced this tactic and as a result almost no substantial amounts of land were won from either side however casualties in the field of battle skyrocketed. Mains points you want to focus on are how the qualities of the trenches were awful for soldiers, video games fail to show this aspect and usually makes trenches very large and easy to move through. In reality they were small and narrow crevices in the ground that was uncomfortable for everyone who was stuck inside. Nobody wanted to die, so nobody left the comfort of the trenches.
