so have you seen what would happen if you try two negative numbers, or a negative number and maybe 0 out? like see which inequalities work provided a^5<b^5 is true
The problem with this question is that it did not mention which of the a or b is positive or negative. If we consider a = 2 and b = 3 2 < 3 the correct answer would be 1
