OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

is anyone here in 3D art modeling and animation classes or at least knows a little bit about blender

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

I am, what's your question?

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

well ill show you the pic of what I'm working with first

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

I am supposed to be making this thing walk but many things seem to be going wrong with it such as the one of its arms look almost as if it is broken while the other does not

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

also it will not take large enough steps and if I try to make it take larger steps its foot will either go backwards or it will go into its belly

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

also it seems almost as if its skipping and not walking

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

Okay, so first off let me tell you that I'm not using the same software you are so I might not be able to help you as much, But I can suggest things. So Make the arm straight, I'm guessing you have a selection tool, just select the point that are making the arm seem broken and pull it straight.

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

In the next frame make the foot go down and make the legs bend. The make the other foot go up and keep doing that.

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

well in the videos that I have to watch the arm has a elbow thing to grab on to where mine does not

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

ok well I got the second thing down that you mentioned

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

Do you have a rotation tool?

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

If so, use that to rotate the "elbow joint" and see if that makes the arm looks straight.

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

yes but the thing is I cant seem to find a elbow joint that's the problem

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

I would delete the arm and start over. What videos are you watching?

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

well I'm in a online class and I have to use the videos they have provided

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

In the video so far it looks as if the teachers arm is bent as well.

OpenStudy (dopeness_):

This video is only showing you how to make it take a step.

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

well I think I fixed that problem now I need to know how to delete a keyframe

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

everything I have tried has not deleted the keyframe I wanna delete

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

wait never mind

OpenStudy (latinc):

you might have to add rigs and joints to your model.

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

oh sorry I am not stuck anymore lol

OpenStudy (latinc):

;)

OpenStudy (minecraftgeek5):

wow your level 53 and only have 3 fans
