Okay so I know it's not C or D because it starts at 0.5, not 10.5. I thought it was B because it's going up 5 positively, but someone said its negative. Im confused.

The formula for this line is y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
Since the y-intercept is at .5, and the graph appears to be positive, the slope would be 1.
Giving you the formula, y=1x+.5 or y=x+.5
