In order to find the mean of a table you would add up the trial data and then divide it by how many trials you conducted...
If the data values are the weight of the salt after evaporation, I assume you can get the mean by adding the 4 values and dividing that sum by 4.
13.3 g is the closest to 13.275 which is the average of the 4 posted data points. If this problem is from Chemistry, then you may need to reconsider the answer because of the evaporated water and salt precipate aspect of the problem.
