Chemistry 7 Online
OpenStudy (scooby6363):

How do you remember all the polyatomic ions? I am having trouble remembering all of them. The only ones I always remember are Hydroxide, Ammonium, Nitrate, Nitrite, Sulfate, Sulfite, Chlorate, and Chlorite. In AP Chemistry I am not given all the polyatomic ions on the AP exam.

OpenStudy (stmoney):

memorization of the polyatomic ions is not required for the ap exam anymore, but it certainly helps

OpenStudy (scooby6363):

My teacher requires me to know all the polyatomic ions and I also need to know them for quiz bowl also.

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

During AP Chem is just made a stupid amount of flashcards for all the polyatomic ions. I never used flashcards for anything else, but it seemed to work at the time.

OpenStudy (scooby6363):

Thanks, I'll get to it then.
