To love is like to bare my soul each time I look at you


Cause my stare reveals such an infinite tenderness


To love you is like to find a new color in the rainbow


To love is like to walk in a sunny season for good


To love you is to pray God for the most sublime intention


To love you is like to fly and touch the seventh heaven


To love is like to understand what the purpose of my life is…

I like how you interjected a metaphor after two-to-seven lines of similes; I was kind of wondering why there weren't more metaphors, at first. I felt you were going for a specific style, but I thought a metaphor every now-and-then would keep the poem from getting stale. Nice work!
