He succeeded in destroying the democratically elected governments of Guatemala, Iran, and Congo, ordering the assassination of Congo's President Patrice Lumumba, then overseeing the installation of the dictator Mobutu (Kleptocrat was a word coined with Mobutu in mind as he stole billions while hunger and disease were rampant under his misrule). Lumumba's assassination has lead to deaths of many millions of people in Congo (Zaire while Mobutu was in power for 31 years).
