If something is the "expected/sensible/common sense" result, then that is considered an implication? Does an implication be a possibility in any way, or does it have to be provable kinda thing? Get what i mean? :P

We dont know for sure that the other banks will also lower their prices but with the bank lowering its retail loans it may attract more customers so I would choose between neither of them being implicit or only 2 is implict.
