OpenStudy (pphalke):

please help me

OpenStudy (pphalke):

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@bmk614 @ace-n-it @HyperPiper @563blackghost

OpenStudy (bmk614):

First solve each equation for b. So get B on its own side.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

how do i do that

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@bmk614

OpenStudy (bmk614):

For the first equation you subtract 2 from both sides. 1/2b=a-2 Multiply both sides by 2. b=2(a-2) Distribute. b=2x-4 Now do this for the second equation.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

how ? so i have to graph b=2x-4

OpenStudy (bmk614):

You have to isolate b, like I did in the first equation.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

u mean a-2(0)=-4??

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@bmk614

OpenStudy (bmk614):

No. In the second equation, you need to set it equal to b.

OpenStudy (bmk614):

So you will get b=?

OpenStudy (pphalke):

idk

OpenStudy (bmk614):

I can't help you anymore. You have to do it yourself.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@rebeccaxhawaii help

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@ShadowLegendX @calculusxy

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@FortyTheRapper

OpenStudy (pphalke):

would next equation be 0-2b=4?

OpenStudy (pphalke):

*-4?

OpenStudy (pphalke):

@bmk614 @ShadowLegendX

OpenStudy (pphalke):

i did this 0-2b=-4 then divided and got -2 then (0,-2) is that right? @bmk614

OpenStudy (bmk614):

You don't plug anything in. Just isolate b.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

uuuuh how do i isolate it?

OpenStudy (bmk614):

Get everything else on the other side.

OpenStudy (pphalke):

i dont know how to do that its super confusing
