Calculus question!! Medal!!

OpenStudy (trisarahtops):

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

\[\int\limits_a^b g(x) = \int\limits_a^c g(x) - \int\limits_b^c g(x)\]

OpenStudy (trisarahtops):

so the answer is 4 @dumbcow

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

not quite.... remember its "-6" 10 - (-6) = 10+6 = 16

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

then you have to multiply by 1/2, because the integral is 1/2 g(x)

OpenStudy (trisarahtops):

yeah i figure it was that but it was an option. so 8?

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

yes

OpenStudy (trisarahtops):

alright thank you :)

OpenStudy (dumbcow):
