his company pays for 85% of it lets find what 85% of 2200 is 2200 x 0.85 = 1870 so the company pays for 1870 of it so how much is left? 2200 - `870 = 330 so he pays for 330 of the surgery but wait he also paid 300 dollars so 300 + 330 = 630 which is our answer i think..... but they could also want us to take 300 of off 2200 which he would pay 285 for it then.... its either 630 or 285 depending on what they want which im not sure.... it shouldnt be so confusing XD
