@HELP!!!! , This is actually really simple, so far you've taken the log of both sides, correct?
So your equation consists of
\[(3x+5)*\log(3) = (2x -3)*\log(5)\]
At this point you can evaluate log(3) and log(5) and then distribute & solve.
