I need explanations not answers. What is an equation for the line with slope 2/3 and y-intercept 9.

OpenStudy (welshfella):

I'm sorry I misread your question there is a general form for this equation which is usually written as y = mx + c where m = slope of the line and c is the intercept on the y axis

OpenStudy (thatlilmathgirl12xd):

so it would be 9=(2/3)x+c?
