please help
The slope is rise/run or -7/1
So you start a 0,8 and go down 7 times since its neg and 1 to the right
what would that be? 7 and 1?
just -7
No -7 and 1
so it would be (0,8) and (-7,1)
We -7/1 is the rise/run.then you start at 0,8 go down seven go the the right 1
so it would be (7,-1)
@smartnerd1111
-7 and 1 is not an ordered pit
I meant pair
how would i go 7 down and right 1 from (0,8)
OK start at 0 go up to 8.then go down tseven to one on the x.then go to the right once.then repeat the down 7 times and to the right once
that would be (8,0)
No it won't 0 is x y is 8
then (-8,0) omething
No
Follow my steps I gave you please.I'm super sure I am right
then its 1,0
No

You're told that "the slope is -7." You may find this easier to undrstand if you rewrite that -7 as (-7/1). Thus, the rise (actually a drop) is -7 and the run is 1. A point (0,8) on the line is given. This problem is not much different from previous problems. Graph (0,8). Starting at that point, move to the right 1 unit and then move down from where you are now a distnace of 7 units. Plot the point (1,-7). Draw a line thru the 2 points and you're done.
