I have a couple questions on medieval torture. Will fan and medal!!

This isn't for school or anything, just a personal project that I wanted to get involved in. I was wondering what were some non-invasive torture mthods were. Through research we know it wasn't as "dark" as we originally thought, so there had to be some more psychological methods for getting information. Does anyone know anything about this or can offer up any examples? Thank you so much ahead of time!!!

There were forms of psychological torture and such including dripping water onto the forehead and hot wax onto the body. From this list you should find some good places to search and some topics. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_methods_of_torture
