OpenStudy (miirandathomson):

in which situation is a historian using a primary source to learn about life for the pilgrims who established the plymouth colony in 1620?

OpenStudy (miirandathomson):

A- a historian reads an encyclopedia entry about Pilgrims B- A historian reads a journal entry by a pilgrim C- A historian watches a play about pilgrim life D- A historian views a photograph of actors depicting pilgrim life

OpenStudy (giantrobot):

A primary source, what is it you may ask? It's a source from the metaphorical horse' mouth, the closest thing you can get to talking to a pilgrim. A) Encylopedia Secondary at best, someone got the primary source and summed it up in the entry. B) Primary all right.

OpenStudy (giantrobot):

It's bad habit to ignore C and D, so I'll go over it. C) Hahahah Nowhere near even being Secondary. D) Again same as C
