------ = ------    simplifie what possibile so and will get 
  2*5         2*10


(x-2)         x
----- = -----  cross multiplie and will get 
   5          10


10(x-2) = 5x   divide both sides by 5 

5(x-2) = x

5x -10 = x  subtract from both sides x and will get 

5x-x -10 = x-x

4x -10 = 0 add to both sides 10 and will get 

4x-10+10 = 0+10

4x = 10 divide both sides by 2

2x = 5 divide both sides by 2 

x = 5/2
